I hate to say this… Buyer Beware!

January 29, 2007

Digg!

This whole Pipeline Profits System Launch has left a real bad taste in my mouth. A lot of the marketer/guru’s I had trusted and purchased from have now been opted out of or designated to my spam folder. I have learned a valuable lesson from these gurus, and that is, if the product is expensive, overhyped and has strong JV support, it is probably a scam.

These so called Gurus like to say how much they care about us, but when it comes down to it all they really only care about is what there bottom line is. We are just really $$$ to them, so learn my lesson instead of repeating it yourself, ask many questions, and make sure to find out how the person you are buying the system from has fared with it themselves!

Quick Pipeline Profits Update

January 28, 2007

Digg!

I checked my credit card today, I signed up for the 3 payments @$685, they charged my card $735. This just seems to get worse and worse. I will be calling my credit card tomorrow morning to do a chargeback if they have not refunded me already.

Man oh man, buyer beware with these big launches, it seems they pay quite well to those JV’s doing the promotion and most of them do not actually use the system or know how the real launch will be handled, it is all about the mighty dollar over offering a quality product/service experience.

Thanks for reading,

Mike

Pipeline Profits Launch Botched

January 26, 2007

Digg!

So I signed up for PipelineProfits with the best of intentions. The sales letter stated a 364 Day Return Policy, It took them 3 days to activate my account, and when I get in I find out the return policy is now 30 days. So a thread in there forum was begun about the lack of attention from the big guys Buck and Brock (they did not participate in the forums for a good 2-3 days after my account was active). The concerns ranged from the change in Return Policy, to the lack of support from Buck and Brock and the the Print Material not going out for atleast another 10-15 days, meaning out of a new 30 day return policy we have approximatly 5-10 days to see if there system works. I participated in this forum conversation thinking I was doing a good thing helping them sort out there problems and hopefully getting some help on what it is they are teaching.

Today I attempted to login to watch some more videos as the material overall is really quite good, though feels a tad incomplete (why I was jonesing for course material in the first place) and I find my account has been terminated. So I submit a help ticket in the morning asking if there is a problem with the system or has my account been closed down. After 8 hours of no reply I create a new account and submit a new support ticket asking to please tell me if i am terminated or not and if I do not hear back I will do a reverse on my credit card. 4 hours later I get an email from Buck that since I am so unhappy they are going to issue me a refund. Below is our email correspondance.

>Hi Michael,
>
>It’s come to my attention that you are unhappy with Pipeline Profits.
>
>I’m very sorry to hear that. We’ve been working very hard to make this unique program available and truly believe Pipeline Profits is >the pre-eminent education in Co-registration Success.
>
>I have requested that our staff issue you an immediate refund. Your refund should appear on your bank statement within the next 3-5 >business days.
>
>Thanks for giving us a try and I wish you the very best of luck!
>
>Sincerely,
>Buck Rizvi

They did not make an attempt to explain what was going on or try to remedy the problem in any way. Below is my response

>Hello Buck,
>
>I was not the only one in the forum questioning some things about the system. Like the 365 day policy being changed to 30 days, >and the course material not arriving until 20 days in. The videos are all good and I enjoyed and benefited from them, what I wanted >to see were the checklists, and the whole step by step course material.
>
>Today I go to login my account (edited account username out), and It says my account does not exist.
>
>So right now i am very unhappy that the launch was botched so bad in so many ways, but I would like to try the system as I believe >in what you guys were showing us.
>
>Thanks,
>
>Michael

Right now the ball is in there court. If anyone else is having problems please digg this or comment this blog with your story, or link this to your blog/site. I will keep this updated if they bother to reply back to me.

Thanks,

Mike
